1. Pre-Order Manufacturing & Dispatch Timelines

Items marked as PRE-ORDER are limited-edition apparel or customized vacation accessories manufactured specifically for each batch order.

Batch manufacturing cycle: 7 to 10 business days from order placement date.
Dispatch & courier transit: 2 to 4 business days depending on destination city.
You will receive SMS and email tracking links as soon as your batch is packaged and handed to our courier.

2. Delivery Rates & Options

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria as well as international destinations upon request:

Lagos Island ₦3,000 Same/Next Day Dispatch

Lagos Mainland ₦2,500 Same/Next Day Dispatch

Nationwide States ₦5,000 2-4 Business Days

3. Returns & Exchange Policy

If your item arrives with any manufacturing defect, sizing discrepancy, or damage during transit:

Notify KHS Travels Concierge within 48 hours of item delivery.
Item must remain unworn with original tags attached.
Free exchange for correct size or full store credit refund.
